The Scope of works: Construction of 1100 housing units & Infrastructure Works (incl Roadworks & Landscape.
Achievement:
•Successfully achieved The Zero-Injury Target by leading quality control and safety compliance inspection teams from project kick-off to client hand-over
•Monitor and report progress of a residential city’s1, 100 units. Litigated construction defects and carried technical troubleshooting on-site, in coordination with Resident Engineer (RE), internal teams, contractors and third-party suppliers
•Assess client needs and revamp a proposal for the design and construction of a residential city. The proposal was presented to the Ministry of Presidential Affairs
•Enhance operational readiness and promote teamwork in collaboration with 4 departments by managing the project’s cross-training program. Led workshops, disseminated best practice and designed curricula for technical teams including, infrastructure, mechanical, structural and architecture teams
