13No. Industrial blocks (workshops) - steel structure
8No. Commercial blocks (shops and offices) - multi story concrete structures with basements.
2No. Mosques.
6No. Car parks utilise 2500 car parking spaces.
1No. block utilised as residential accommodation, can fit 2400 people.
Soft & Hard Landscape and other facilities.

Project life cycle 30months. Total cost 720.000.000 SAR.

As CRE Civils and construction Firas is responsible for the control and supervision of the overall project delivery, making sure that all work is carried out in a safe and timely manner, offer strategic advice and suggestions for the benefit of the Clients, Key Stakeholders, the company and the project delivery as a whole, liaising with and links between project programme management team, design team, contractors and stake shareholders. As part of the process of project management, Firas is responsible, maintaining and update project performance records, prepare, review and sign all required WPP, Method statements and task briefing sheets. Looking after health, safety, quality & environmental aspects of the work during different Grip stages,
As CRE design, Firas is used to address technical queries, achieves specification and ensure design is workable.
As CRE construction, Firas is looking after site management & supervision, arrange, prepare remits and request site surveys and assessments. General control of site safety, review and update of contract documentations. Firas is thorough and have very strong reputation in delivery of multi task projects not only with zero harm but on time and to set budget, ensuring engineering standards are met. Firas is currently the Lead Civil Engineer / design manager and CRE deputy responsible for delivery of different design elements for Network Rail / Crossrail Anglia.

As Project Manager/CRE: Prepare and review of CPP. Emergency and evacuation plans. Inspection and Test plans, Work Package Plans. Task briefing sheets. Risk Assessments. Carry out Site Audits (Health Safety and Environment). Planning and Programming. Implement and Maintain safe system of work. Communicating with third parties. Liaise with Client and Designers. Prepare sub-contract packages, link between all elements of works. Place Materials and Plant orders required for the work. Making sure that all parties interests have been maintained. Ensuring Construction phase is delivered on time, scope and budget achieved and ensuring all safety, quality and environmental requirements are met.
