The largest health project in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in
Jeddah with Clint Saudi Ministry of Interior and Manens-Tifs
Engineering Consultant, the largest medical investment in the
gulf cooperation council (GCC) area, Costing 11 billion Saudi
Riyal.

* Starting from the construction of medical city, in the
Jeddah, upgrading the entire Kingdom Healthcare structure,
with a patient-centric vision.

The medical city will cover a total area of 2.5 million square
meters, with a capacity of 1, 226 beds.

*Duties and Responsibilities :-

-Responsible for Tunnel utilities area in charge for
Infrastructure (Storm, Outfall, Overflow, Hot-Cold water,
Irrigation, MV, LV networks, CCTV network with substations.
Also in charge for all structural works related to substructure
and superstructure (Hospital main Building, elevated road,
ambulance platform, car park, outfall structure, tunnel and
boundary wall footings at site.

-Responsible for the execution of all works according to
approved drawings, design and specification.

-Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of
calculations.

-Ensuring that all materials used and work
performed are as per specifications.

-Liaising with any
consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity
surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Liaising with clients and their representatives Civil engineers
, including attending regular meetings to keep them informed
of progress.

-Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising
and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any
subcontractors.

-Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site
facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.

-Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on
site.

-Preparing reports.

-Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.

-Being in charge for all infrastructure works in site and all
external Works (Landscape, hardscape and Asphalt works
(Roads, Parking Areas), at Al Batha City Project and PNC
Project. *Responsible for the execution of all works according
to the approved drawings and specifications.

-Follow up all precast works in site for all subcontractors, for all
erections, deliveries, primary inspections, final inspection by
consultant & quality control with QC dept.

-Follow up all steel reinforcement works and concrete works in
site, fabrication steel reinforcement for raft foundations and
concrete works for all villas and apartments, screed works
(structural topping) for hollow-core slabs and concrete for
boundary walls for all site.
