Responsible for following all activities related to manpower deployment and mobilization actions, recruitment for the Project in line with the mission and goals of the Manpower Control & Administration Department.
- Managing the recruitment process of candidates in cooperation with HRMD and participates in the interviews and assessment for mid-management positions and site managers, whenever requested
- Coordinating with project managers and organizes site visits on regular basis to tackle manpower, recruitment and personnel issues
- Full cycle recruitment, sourcing and management of the hiring process for defined critical/key positions.
- Oversee the day to day manpower activities
- Maintaining manpower data statistics; providing regular updates to management on progress of the manpower
- Assisting and coordinating with recruitment officer in preparation of manpower plan & accordingly prepares, monitors and controls an efficient recruitment plan
- Managing vacancies and candidate records on software and ensures that all data and information is accurate and up to date
- Coordinating in the Manpower Database Analysis and statistical reports
- Coordinating and tracking the timely Manpower Reports on a bi-weekly basis, with the concerned Construction and HR Representatives
- Checking accuracy and completeness of manpower data, following-up and resolving any discrepancies related to the data with the concerned Representatives
- Analyzing manpower data and reporting variances between contractual positions and actual site functions, mission trends, new position title requirements
- Generating statistical and summary reports related to Construction Manpower as needed by the management
- Implementing transfers of manpower across different Areas/Mega Projects according to the agreed staffing plan or as per urgent requirements approved by the management
- Analyzing the current manpower inventory
- Making future manpower forecasts
- Identifying Manpower Requirements for the Project
- Contributing to Project estimation and budgeting by providing manpower budgets
Responsible for coordinating, following-up, and reporting all manpower planning, mobilization, and demobilization tasks in line with the mission and goals of the Manpower Control & Administration Department, in addition to assisting in various administrative tasks related to Construction Manpower.
- Following-up and tracking Transfers, Staff Arrivals, Missions In, Missions Out, Vacations, Resignations and Terminations to keep Existing Lists up to date, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all Staff Records
- Monitoring and Following-up the Progress of Mobilization and Demobilization of Manpower against the submitted forecasts
- Updating Release Lists, Non-productive Lists, Nationalization Rates, etc. and submit to the Manpower Control Department whenever requested
- Controlling documents and validates different administrative matters (Service Request, BTR, SMF, SCR)
- Developing manpower plans
- Conducting demand vs. supply analysis to identify the gaps and set manpower plan accordingly
- Coordinating and following-up with HR recruiting and rental manpower on providing the required manpower on time and according to the set budget
- Providing administrative support to employees when and as needed
- Creating new accounts (Personal, Joint)
- Giving Loans (Personal, Car, Housing)
