Responsibilities:
•Manage All Contract Manufacturer in MEA region, and put a clear strategy how to insource the volume to produce it Inhouse
•Work with all Plant managers to Manage the performance of 11 Henkel Plants in MEA -TR region, OEE, Tower Safety, SHEQ, Plant KPIs, HPS implementation.
•Lead Gain Task force to consolidate all saving projects and support small plants to achieve their target, Lead Restructuring projects, Cutting FTEs, and follow up the achievement on monthly basis.
•Be part of all technical Projects (brown field and Green field) in addition to all automation projects and capacity Increasing ones, and Co-Lead the Vertical start up plan with local team
•Lead the Capacity Vs demand exercise to define all needs and requirements and start preparing for the business case and Approvals
•Lead Innovation Projects with other stakeholders from production side to support business & sales growth.
•Ensure full implementation of Henkel Hint Process to lunch a new Projects or SKUs.
•Part of Ideal Factory global team to set a clear vision along with actions and projects how to achieve the Ideal standard within certain time for 11 Plant among MEA region.
•Co- lead Tower Safety with global team to review all Tower safety assessments worldwide.

Key Achievements till present:
•Construct our Green Field Plant with CAPEX Budget of 32 M Euro, select suppliers, did the Call for tender With Capital Authorization Using Sherpa Project program
•Identifying and controlling all Industrial Cost with Optimization projects
•Achieved 970/1000 on PRP Audit done in Dec. 2016, Planning for FSSC Certificate (ISO 22001).
•Plan & install a New Set Yogurt line with a 2 M Euro CAPEX successfully
•Implement DAMAWAY Danone System on lines & Process which include 5S, Zoning, AM, PM …
with Pepsi Erbil from Scratch, with dismantling Textile Lines & Equipment’s, then Install Pepsi Lines, Process, Utilities, WTP ….
•Managed the operational relationship between PepsiCo & Partners in Iraq
•Planned and implement Plant budget (AOP) & control over the year
•Institutionalized manufacturing Best Practice Tools (M&W 2000, preventive maintenance...
