Senior Technical Engineer for Central Battery System (CBS), CBS Designer, Proposal Engineer for Emergency and Exit light. Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed design for the emergency lighting system.
• Leading product managers and coordinating with engineering, marketing, and other teams.
• Supports Architecture Manager/ Proposal Manager/ Project Manager in the technical solution during proposal and contract execution.
• Generate enquiries and provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Perform technical presentation and product demonstration on how a product will meet the client’s needs.
• Prepare proper commercial & technical bids.
• Reviews/ verifies the CBS design, schematics and drawings delivered by the Technical Designer.
• Prepare design drawings, technical submittals, and secure necessary approvals.
• Supervise the installation process for our equipment Central Battery System of Safety Emergency Lighting and Exit light.
• Handling complaints related to our equipment from the customer side.
• Supply, Supervision, Testing/Commissioning and After-Sales services of CBS.

Sales Department, Tendering and Proposal Engineer for indoor/outdoor lighting Responsibilities:
• Analyzing customers requests & applying lighting standards & specifications.
• Providing competitive lighting technical solutions.
• Offering technical specifications and proposal pricing including margin, discounts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Preparing technical submittals to meet customers requirements.
• Handling complains related to our equipment from the customer side.
• Track progress towards meeting sales goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
• Suggest sales process improvements.
