Technical Support Engineer for Central Battery System (CBS), CBS Designer/Proposal, Proposal Engineer for Emergency and Exit light
Some of duties and responsibilities:
- Generate enquires and provide a pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
- Perform technical presentation and product demonstration on how a product will meet the client needs.
- Prepare proper commercial & technical bids.
- Reviews/ verifies the CBS design, schematics and drawings delivered by the Technical Designer.
- Prepare design drawings, technical submittals and secure necessary approvals.
- Supervise the installation process for our equipment Central Battery System of Safety Emergency Lighting and Exit light.
- Handling complains related to our equipment from the customer side.
- Supply, Supervision, Testing/Commissioning and After-Sales services of CBS.
Tendering and Proposal Engineer (Pre-Sales)
Sales Department, Tendering and Proposal Engineer for indoor/outdoor lighting
Some of duties and responsibilities:
- Offering technical specifications and proposal pricing including margin, discounts to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Preparing technical submittals to meet customers' requirements.
- Handling complains related to our equipment from the customer side.
