 Work closely with Account Managers and other members of the design and

development team to develop detailed specification documents - with clear project

deliverables & timelines, and to ensure timely completion of these deliverables.

 Produce project estimates during the negotiation process, including

expertise/resource allocation and time invested- in consultation with key project stake

holders.

 Attend meetings with clients where required.

 Involved with strategy, research of best practices & innovation, development and

implementation of web/digital/online projects along with the digital team.

 Responsible for efficiently overseeing/quality checking and executing assigned web &

digital related projects - as per deadlines.

 Work with digital team to build, refine/enhance graphic designs/user interfaces for

web/digital projects.

 Have strong skills in Photoshop, Fireworks or equivalent applications.

 Good knowledge of programming languages and Employee technologies - including but

not limited to C#, Microsoft.NET, Java, VB6, C++, VB.NET, PHP, Servlets, JSP & Cold

Fusion.

 Working experience with databases - SQL Server 2005, Oracle 9i, MS Access

 Experience with HTML/XHTML and CSS - convert raw images/layouts from design

team into CSS/XHTML themes.

 Development experience using extensible web authoring tools.

 Experience with developing and implementing open source software projects.

 Self-starter with strong self-management skills.

 Ability to source and integrate relevant external applications into web projects.

 Ability to organize and manage multiple projects/priorities.

 Upload of motion graphics and animations for web/multimedia.

 Apply relevant quality checks for digital projects managed.

 Research emerging technologies and applications in digital marketing - integrate these

into operations and activities.

 Determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make recommendations
