• Engage with Cisco customers on highly impacted production networks to resolve and restore production services as soon as possible.
• Supporting customers with Cisco’s Security equipment, especially FirePOWER devices and ASA firewalls. (FirePOWER Threat Defense, ASA on FirePOWER, ASAv and FirePOWER Management Center)
