As a marketing coordinator, I was solely responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Having a budget at hand, I devised promotional tools for all seven divisions of the company and later its sister companies. I conducted marketing research, identified market conditions, and executed marketing plans accordingly. Managed all aspects of prints and design; ranging from stationeries, catalogs, brochures, to showrooms' signage. I have worked with regional offices to design and implement marketing efforts on the ground; such as participating in exhibitions and building booths, hosting seminars, advertising in magazines, and other promotional activities such as gift items and company dinners. I have also worked on the digital marketing aspect of the business, including supervision of the website’s content, design, maintenance, and social media pages. My job role extended further to preparing company profile documents and the prequalification document
As an account executive, I acted as an important link between the agency and its clients. We worked together to produce effective campaigns. Handled several big accounts such as SABB Bank, Saudi Energy Efficiency Center, Communications & Information Technology Commision, Nissan Alissa Auto, Renault, and Body Masters. Client servicing, media planning, campaign scheduling, bookings, monitoring, bookkeeping, and invoicing were all part of my job role
