Responsibilities:
•Resolving The Mechanical Issues on site.
•Carrying out the Inspections, of Builders work & Installation.
•Reporting to the Assistant Resident Engineer on a regular basis.
•Review the Shop Drawings of HVAC, Water Supply, Plumbing & drainage and Fire Fighting system.
•Review, Material submittal and comments
Responsibilities:
•Site Work planning, material control, selection, approval and expediting, quality control, cost control, labour productivity, preparation of Material ist & orders them, & representing the company.
•Examine all materials proposed to be used to ensure compliance with specification and good practice.
•Resolving site coordination issues.
•Reporting back to the project Manager on a daily basis. This report includes percent completion of the work and also any issues that require design input.
•Submitting the project close out documentation such as O & M manuals, as built drawings etc, to the Consultant.
•Carrying out all testing and commissioning.
•Represent the company at site meetings.
Major Contracts: AL-AQEEQ Residential & Hotel Building, behind the Taibah Residential Hotel at MEDINAH MUNAWARAH. The building was of 18th floor & the Project was about to Complete when I left the El-Khereiji .co.

•Represent the company at site meetings.
Major Contracts: AL-RABEH, Plot. No - 3020 Residential & Hotel Building, beside the Marriott Hotel at MEDINAH MUNAWARAH. The building was of 19th floor .Completed the project in 19 months

Right now Iam working in Riyadh \{K.S.A \} in the "DAR AL-RIYADH “consultant co. As a Sr Mechanical engineer .The ongoing projects are the Kingdoms Biggest Project “KING ABDULLAH FINANCIAL DISTRICT “there are 40 High rise buildings. Iam working on the Plot.no-3.10 (30 floors).
