• Managing all aspects of company's requirements specially LG Electronics account in Middle East. (LG Electronics Authorized Service Provider)
• Controlling & Monitoring all operations of "LG Electronics" account - mobiles division (including service and call centers).
• Managing up to 25 staff working at NPG offices & LG Service & Call centers.
• Maintaining smooth logistics operations with subsidiary offices related to LG Electronics such as LGE Levant-Jordan office and LGEMEA-Dubai office and LGE Korea-headquarters.
• Dealing with local & international companies to increase company's productivity.
• Handling all aspects of office work and operations.
• Providing ideal & high-efficient plans to the customers with the support of IT dept., such as installing GPS systems for vehicles fleet tracking (SoftraSys platform), implementing Accounting POS Systems (Software Group platform), and selling High tech CCTV Cameras for surveillance (with complete installation guide)...
Managing operations to enhance profitability and quality of the company.

•Assisting Operations Manager with Operations Analysis Reports.
•Opening new accounts for investors + generating new investor & trading numbers via Abu Dhabi Financial Market (ADX) and Dubai Financial Market (DFM)
•Assisting stocks-trading brokers with live reports about listed companies on the market prior to submit customers orders on the trading system.
•Managing Customer Service and updating customer accounts to comply with SCA-UAE legislations & procedures.
•Generating SOA Reports for customers who use online trading (E-Trade)
•Checking periodically that documentation is always legislative and up-to-date (applications, passports, etc..)
•Providing Technical Research Analysis based on international sources like REUTERS & BLOOMBERG, etc...
•Assisting Trading department with reports and financial analysis reports that are prepared by operations.
•Dealing with all operational procedures.
•Monitoring customer service staff & dept.
•Organizing, arranging, preparing training courses with foreign expert teams (such as ELKINS MARINE) to train local Qatari rescue teams (QSART), civil defence, Qatar Emiri Air Force and off-shore workers.
•Preparing & inspecting status of all logistics equipment required for the safety and rescue at all times.
•Dealing with VIP affiliates such as Qatar Petroleum and Qatar Gas, Qatar Airways, Qatari Ministry of Interior - Armed Special Forces Team - Air Force Airborne Rescue...
