• Preparation and signing of the contract of the 183 subcontractors operating in 4 facilities and 3 shipyards in coordination with the Contract Department and the Legal department. Control of central office food, service, cleaning and security subcontractors.
• Preparing contracts of 22 subcontractors operating in 18 power plants established abroad, working in coordination with the Contract and Law department, preparing them for approval and finally signing them and making them compliant with the law.
• Monthly control of the SSI registration and payments related to the staff employed by the domestic subcontractors, control of their salaries in accordance with the law and contracts.
• To check whether our overseas subcontractors are working in compliance with the regional law with regard to the personnel they employ.
• Assisting other units in the progress payment and invoice payments, whether the service or work done by the subcontractors is actually done or not, to get approval.
• To find solutions to disputes between the employer and the subcontractor, to assume the role of mediation.
• To check whether the subcontractors' domestic and international recruitments and dismissals are done in accordance with the law.
• Where deemed necessary, refectory, security points, subcontractor personnel files, salary payment receipts, etc. without the knowledge of the subcontractor. performing various audits such as.
• To check the payroll items such as legal deductions, overtime payments, weekend and holiday works specified in the payrolls and to check whether the staff has approval.
• To check. whether the staff does the work they have undertaken in the contract, if they are working as declared to SGK and whether they have made any notifications to the SSI and İş-Kur regarding the subject.
