I have worked in Resource Consultancy as a senior consultant for 3 months in Pune. My job thought me how to deal with people of all ages and how to communicate with them. My job was to recruit the right candidate for the right job.

I have also worked in different events for 2 years as a secretary. My job was to receive phone calls, fax and e-mails. Maintain proper files, preserving the bills, maintaining accounts of miscellaneous expenditures and keeping them under lock and key with out most care. Arranging for conferences and meetings, preparing presentations.
Communicating with people and taking good care about their lodging and food. Maintain diaries of candidates rolling in, scheduling the shooting date, time and venue and maintain proper pay check given, advance received and balance to be paid. Handle cash and report to higher authorities.
