I have been involved in in the preparation of the Interim Payment applications, Payment Certificates, Variation Orders, Cost Estimation, Cost Reports, Cost Plan, RFP's for Nominated Sub Contractors and Suppliers, negotiating with Contractors-Commercial teams; Commercial Recommendations, Preparation of BoQ and Tender Documents also involved in day to day Contractual correspondence.

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
• Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

Responsible for monthly interim claim submission & invoicing.
➢ Detailed study of the drawings and Take of quantities of civil works from GFC drawings
for procurement, billing and planning.
➢ Assisting Quantity surveyor for preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ) and Tender
documents.
➢ Preparations and site verification of works executed by the contractor and certifying
running and final account bills with the applicable contract terms and conditions.
