• Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising - Monitor the incoming and outgoing stock. Identify the fast and slow movers and worked on keeping the minimum stock level. Led the team of Visual Merchandisers for in-store display.
•Staff Management: Efficiently handling the salespersons (motivating and working on their feedback's and concerns). I take care of recruitment, training, daily briefings, assigning individual departments, monitoring daily sales performance and giving feedback.
