• Having 3 yrs + experience in Real Estate Industry.
• Responsible for investigation and checking of the sites for the project.
• Handling the construction lay out and map designing.
• To ensure the quality of the product used in the construction.
• Making the estimations for the project and checking the feasibility of the projects as per company norms.
• Coordinating with the other staff as per requirement.
• Maintaining the daily and monthly reports of working.
• Maintain all the records of the projects
• Preparing and Verifying the bills of Contractors and sub contractor's .
• Maintaining the documents for quality audits
MY FINAL YEAR PROJECT WAS ON SUB STRUCTURE DESIGN OF RAILWAY OVER BRIDGE .AND SUMMER TRAINING ON G+14 MULTI STORY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT.
