Managing logistics and warehouse operations
Deal with European and American suppliers for shipping terms and required documents to import the merchandise.
Monitor all incoming shipment through coordination with suppliers, freight forwarding / Courier Company and customs clearing agent.
Ensuring deliveries on cost and timely effective manner
Maintain and monitoring shipping schedule and controls overall shipping operations.

Coordinate with shipping companies for the shipping rates and applying agreed shipping rates for standards shipping routes.
Manage to receive the shipments as per invoice, packing list and purchase order.
Ensure that security tags and price tags are put on merchandise correctly.
Ensure that distributions of items are done as per distribution list provided by sales director.
Arrange the replenishment of merchandise and its delivery to the stores based on daily sales.
Resolve all logistics discrepancies (physical damage, quantity conflict, wrong delivery etc) by coordination with suppliers and insurance company.
Manage to control inventory of each brand.
Manage to arrange the stock count of each shop on monthly basis to minimize the discrepancy.
