Responsibilities:
Design and Installation of MEP services as per Codes and Project Specifications
Material Selection as per project specifications and approval of Pre-Qualification
Develop shop drawings, Cooling load calculations, and Hydraulic calculations
Prepare materials list as per the specifications and B.O.Q.
Execute the site work with IFC-Drawings.
Prepare RFI or IR after completion of work.
Prepare MIR for the material approval from the consultant.
Prepare method of statement for work to be executed and materials storage methodologies.
Prepare As-Built drawings and required documents for the handover of the project

Followed work in all other places related to the firm
monitored ongoing installation works
Supervised and coordinated with other departments and contracting companies
Followed maintenance, checklist as per schedules with contracting companies
Conducted maintenance programs on weekly & monthly basis on all Electrical & Mechanical
systems

• Familiar with Design and calculation software programs like Fire Elite, Carrier HAP and McQuay
Pipe and Duct sizer.
• Relevant with codes NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, IPC & UPC etc.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit and MS office tools
