My Responsibility is to Generate Leads and closing the same by Recruiting the right candidates for the clients.
I joined a strat-up Line of business and turned it into a profit making venture with lots of clients and candidates database.
Business of QR 50000-70000 (Monthly Sales Figures)
Selling Telecom products & upselling, cross selling closing deals over the phone.
All Telecom Products Closing Deals worth USD 45000 Approx. On a monthly basis.
• Conducting Telephonic interviews.
• Sourcing and screening Cvs
• Conducts assessments of the candidates
• Complete the required evaluation forms
• Utilize effective listening skills to assess candidates performance, identify if there is any shortcomings in performance and provides feedback to the line managers via feedback or evaluation forms.
• Ensure new Leads are generated.
• Provide verbal constructive feedback of candidates with accurate details to leaders and managers through monitoring practices.
• Monitor and follow up of Leads on a regular basis to track performance against targets and generating reports.
• Maintaining huge Database(Cvs) of candidates. Including their personal docs.
• Co-operate with colleuges in getting new leads as well as support for candidate referrals.
• Regular posting of job Adds on different social medias including personal whatsapp circles.
• Hunting candidates using different tools.
• Schedule candidates for interviews
• Sending RSA to clients.
• Negotiating contracts with the guidelines from finance department.
• Sending daily reports.
• Accurately maintain records of each candidates.
