Duties carried out
Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards Developing budget and schedules and subcontract negotiations and appraising results of the sub-contractor pre-qualifications, master planning, project budget, cost estimates, and financial reporting Overseeing management of financial aspects of contracts Development and implementation of the precast project execution plans Adhering to budget as work progresses Follow a consistent project methodology Identify, evaluate and conduct cost-benefit analysis for clients Managing design and construction teams Ensuring that the project is completed within the specified budget and time Have regular meetings with all related departments to achieve targets and goals Monitor and control the material ordered and adequate resources available for the execution of work in accordance to planned schedule Regularly meeting with clients, subcontractor and management team Monitoring and coordinate progress, financial control and ensuring project quality Working out cost effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the project Risk management to avoid delays Make strategic decisions and lead from front and guide the project team Guaranteeing the customers the best combination of services and supply by ensuring individual and collective commitment to high performance Managing and monitoring the progress, ensuring the quality and safety requirements, and resolving the Contractual and Technical issues for listed construction projects Co-ordination in Planning, Monitoring, Quality Assurance, Construction, Supervision with specific attention to meet the safety aspects Independently monitoring the process, resolving the technical and contractual issues Allocate and organize plants, equipment and human resources to site and the provision of materials use in the erection Developing time and cost estimate for each activity to achieve, or work under the budget cost Resolving all the technical and contractual issues with concerned Departments Prepare monthly progress report and budget forecast of the projects Detect variance to plans pertaining to cost, resource allocation and schedules
