Keys achievements: Working as a team leader for electrical, HVAC, Bakery & plumping team. Participate in prepare an assets list for all company hypermarkets. Participate in prepare a spare parts store. Prepare a chick list and maintenance plan for all assets. Working in decreasing pending tickets from more than 500 tickets to be less than 50 tickets Return all bakery machine to its original control panel case. Fixing many stopped machine instead of replacing it due to no spare parts in local market vie fixing damaging spare part. Import some spare parts instead of purchasing expensively from local market. Make a periodic meeting with maintenance supervisor and technicians to achieve maintenance plan and solve their problem.
Make a periodic search for a new technology in machine .
Put a plan for a new installation and implement it .
Make a good connection with production department to solve production problems.

Supervision on Repair any machine breakdown
Maintenance of equipment and electrical machinery like Substation, Compressors, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Boiler, Pumps, Welding Machine, Air Tools, Hoists, air supply unit, fans, electrical motors lifter, firefighting system, Ovens…...etc.
Put solution to prevent repeat of breakdown
Implement 5S & KAIZEN strategy .
Operation & maintenance of deionizer water unit .
Good knowledge with total preventive maintenance ( TPM )
Good knowledge with steel structure design & load calculation
Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities. Maintaining and repair of electrical control panels which consist of (PLC, servo motors drives, inverters, contactors, solid-state relays…etc.) Maintaining and repair factory assets like packing machine, conveyors, metal detectors, inkjet printers, weight check equipment, etc. Implement of root cause analysis report. Prepare and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for all company equipment.
