I started to work in Ziraat Bankasi in Peja since September 2018 as a Branch Manager in Peja town also covering the all-region as Gjakova, mitrovica, Decan, Klina, Rahovec etc. My duties were to manage the branch to increase the loan outstanding, deposits, CC, new accounts etc. We opened the branch on September 2018 and I managed to gain profit for les than a year.
I started to work as a Account Officer for Peja Region including Istog, Klina and Decan for loans from 10, 000- 100, 000 and after 8 months I was promoted as corporate loan officer from 100, 000 - 1.000.000 euro where I reached a portfolio up to 6 million and on April 2005 I was promoted into the Account Manager for Peja Region. My duties are to lead a group of Account Officers, Mobile bankers and administration officers in Peja Region. I manage a group of 15 people /staff also during my time in the bank I was on the selection panel for more than 50 times for various positions in the Bank. Also manage a large nr. of business and portfolio of more than 8 mil euros and more than 700 business clients in the Region.
During this time, I lead a project of four staff and our project was to allocate the social families in the empty residence that was in our administration.
Most of these families are sheltered in collaboration with the municipalities in the specific Region.
We managed more than 200 empty residence in Peja and Gjakova region during my two years’ time in the Organization.
In this NGO I worked as a field officer and my daily duties was to organize the food distribution in villages in Peja Region.
