• Responsible for development of Nissan Canada CRM activations, project scoping and strategy
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the digital CRM programs
• Provide guidance to the client regarding CRM campaign objectives audience analysis, creative direction and overall execution from start to finish
• Develop strategy to establish current and desired user experience and subsequent campaign analytics and tracking based on business objectives and supporting analytics.

• Responsible for creative, production and media briefings

Bachelor of Arts Degree, English Literature major, with a minor in Economics & Developmental Psychology
