• Responsible for development of Nissan Canada CRM activations, project scoping and strategy
• Manage and oversee all aspects of the digital CRM programs
• Provide guidance to the client regarding CRM campaign objectives audience analysis, creative direction and overall execution from start to finish
• Develop strategy to establish current and desired user experience and subsequent campaign analytics and tracking based on business objectives and supporting analytics.
• Create opportunities for new business within assigned accounts in order to maximize company-wide revenue
• Manage SOW, BCR plus brand and model specific planning documents
• Works closely with project management, strategic, technical, and creative direction in planning and estimating interactive projects.
• Responsible for creative, production and media briefings
• Identify development needs, mentor and train direct reports
