- Design IP Convergence Network Architecture as per BICSI standard (Passive infrastructure, LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, Wireless Solutions, IPTV, Video Surveillance, Video Conference, and Digital Signage, others…).
Supervise installation of IP Solutions / ELV systems
- Design & Supervise FFTH Ethernet, GPON, XGPON network implementation (KOC Ahmadi Smart City, Shadadyia Industrial Area)
- Develop risk assessment study for building complete physical security solutions.

- Building Integration framework for different ELV system over the IP network to provide a complete Smart Building solution.
- Design data center solutions include server farms, racks, and room preparations as per BICSI standard.
- Develop light current systems design development, schematics, detail design, final design, specifications and BOQ’s.
- Develop complete tender set document (Drawing, Specifications and BOQ).
- Preparing Projects RFI’s replies for contractors to solve on-site technical issues.
- Design the complete Next Generation network with all services which include:
1. Unified Communication Solution over LAN/WAN based on Cisco/Avaya solutions
2. IPTV & Digital Signage system over LAN/WAN (Terminal III, Port Ghaleb, Stella De Marie, Tropicana, The Cove-Dubai)
3. Building a complete Smart Home Services based on different vendor through standard protocols.
- Working as Technical project manager for IP solution (Data, Voice, IPTV, A/V, IP CCTV, Smart room, Video Conference, ) \[Stella Makady and Baroon Hotels\].
- Responsible on the integration between different systems to build a complete integrated solution in Mega Projects.
- Implementation of Triple Play network (Data, VOIP, IPTV and Digital Signage): \[Stella Di Marie, Premier Le Reve and Egypt Air\].
- Developing XML application on IP phones and Mobile phones.
- Developing Mixing application between RFID & Digital Signage technologies to serve customer need for Secure Access control system.
- Developing interfaces between Middleware & Fidelio PMS system for hospitality applications
