DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to guests
2. Schedule activities for guests
3. Coordinate and supervise all activities for guests
4. Assist with walks-ins / check-outs of clients
5. Greet Guests upon arrival
6. Assist guest needs, handle guest requires, and solve problems
7. Assist staff with language and culture
8. Assist in any other duties when required by the Gym Director
9. Assist with translations (information: guest directory; voucher etc.) as required
10. Provide feedback from Guests to Gym Director for action
