Job Responsibilities: Managing company’s DMCC portal.
Handling application for employee’s visa and cancellation process.
Communicating with various suppliers, customers, etc.
Processing registration and renewal of important documents of the company.
Applying the renewal of mulkiya online.
Making and preparing different types of invoices and export documents.
Calling and Scheduling job interviews and choose qualified applicant for final
interview.
Reporting directly to General Manager and to other department heads.
Running personal errands for the General Manager.
Perform other office duties as assigned

Record keeper of office’s daily expenses and cheque copies

Responsible for safe loading of aircraft.
Prepares standardized documentation in the form of a loading instruction
and a load sheet for each flight.
