o Processing of Purchase Orders received from the customer, which includes receiving orders, placing purchase orders to Suppliers, & coordinating delivery of orders.
o Handling all exporting and importing of heavy equipment machineries.
o Handling logistics and customs formalities & enquiries on shipments and dispatch
o Filing, attending calls, keeping records and documentation
o Making arrangements for receiving and sending materials
o Coordinating with delivery of materials and repair of various industrial equipment
o Making various sales/purchase reports to management.
o Assists Sales Managers in various fields Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical &Welding pertaining to sales /after sales service of products
o Prepare technically &commercially adequate and correct offers in line with customer requirements.
o Follow up with customers on status of all offers made on a periodic basis
o Corresponding with Principals/Suppliers.
o Attending telephone enquires
o Clarifying customers technical queries
