• Provision of advice in procurement of new equipment for the company, provision of technical specifications on RFP (Request for Proposal) and review of quotations and bids.
4. Planning, coordinating and execution of ICT projects and changes within the organization.
5. Act as liaison between IT vendors and the company.
6. Document policies, processes and procedures within the department, create awareness and ensure full implementation and regular reviews.
7. Ensure compliance with software licensing laws and regulatory requirements.
8. Liase with IT vendors in formalizing the SLA’s/Contracts.
