Is my duty and responsibilities to give safety of the company, facilitate the hot work permit inside and outside the company premises, and insuring the contractors accreditation.
Make final report of hot work activities after project being process and submit to our safety Engineer and Project Engineer.
Escort the VIP- Very Important Person in their official visits in Cebu.
In-charge of production gold room and volts combination for releasing of wire gold every shift.
Coordinate fire department and department of Environment and Natural resources for any fire and Environment related.
Conduct monthly inspection of all fire Extinguisher, fire hose reel, monthly testing of fire alarm, and smoke detector, riser, fire pump motor, fire sprinkler and other fire paraphernalia.
Submit mileage of vehicles every month to the purchasing department.
Manage and supervise the 35 security personnel under my command of responsibility.
Give immediate sanction for the offensive and violators of company Implementing rules and regulation of the company.
Submit monthly disposition report to my operation manager.
Renew, process the License to License to operate, renew the firearms license to the office of (FED) Firearms and Explosives Division.
Submit yearly a rooster of troops to the office of (FESAGSD) Firearms Explosives and Security Agency Guards Supervision Division, at Central Command of the Philippine National Police.
Coordinate to the Firing officer, and submit a license of firearms, number of Caliber to be use and License of security personnel who execute firing.
Conduct tactical inspection every 3 months with-in our detachment.
Issued Duty Detail Order to the security personnel every 1month of expiry.
Review a safety and security pre-caution signs in the company.
Manage and supervise the personnel under my command and responsibilities and obtained the company Mission and Vision according to the Law governing on it.
Stand as bridge between my company and to our valued client where I am deployed.
Received, obey and implement the rules coming from the high ranking officials of the government and high ranking of the Agency.
In-charge for the distribution of salary every payday under our department alone.
Submit a monthly disposition report the agency and copy Furnished to the Admin of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
Conducting initial investigation for any incident happened and submitted to our Admin officer copy furnished to our operation officer.
Deployed event security personnel at the ground to control the crowed of thousands passport applicant.
Assist the senior Protocol officer for any steps or moves in preparation of any government officials visits.
Conduct weekly meeting and discuss weekly task and plan of daily activities.
