I enjoyed working at the hotel. As a trainee l learnt many things such as l was able to go into different departments. I learnt to be a Waitress, Receptionist, Housekeeper and Assistant Chef. The hotel improved my work ethic and l learnt valuble life skills.
Being the cashier l was very reliable that l was able to be become the desired cashier. I really enjoyed it because l was very punctual and l used to do everything on time.
I learnt a lot at this institution. In total we did ten modules which were :Entrepreneurship Skills Development, Accounting 1,Food and Beverage Service, Introduction to Computers, Communication and Language, Nutrition and Hygiene,Accommodation,Catering Studies, and Introduction to Tourism. I really enjoyed doing this certificate because it helped to be very knowledgeable and knowing that l can do anything with the program. It gave us many opportunities because one can be a waitress, housekeeper,receptionist or an assistant chef. It also taught me valuable life skills. I became confident in myself.
