schedule of daily activities and priorities.
Able to align the working drawing soft copy to grid coordinate
system and extract the coordinates point numbers using auto
CAD application.
Distribute survey reports and manage survey data files.
Upload / download survey data and conduct setting out of
runways, links, overruns, localiser and perimeter roads.
Establish levels on steel pegs at 20 meters chainage for cut
and fill from formation to subgrade layer and at 10 meters
chainage from capping to two sub base layers of earthworks.
Conduct as built survey of every area completed for billing and
for the next layer preparation. Quantity/ topo survey for sub-
con crushed stock pile material as and when required for their
billing.
Forwarding/receiving the transfer survey data processed by
autoCAD draftsman for setting out and as built or topo data
collected using mobile bluetooth pairing, WhatsApp & Geomax
GPS Zenith 35pro controller instrument.

Reports to section Manager and Party Chief for the schedule
of activities on daily basis.
Coordination with the site engineers about the specific job
request, clarification of the drawing plan details and request
the updated/latest revision drawing from design section to be
forwarded to our survey team auto CAD draftsman for the
preparation of survey data like csv/text file to be uploaded to
the Total Station instruments.
Interpret and extrapolate surveying data from approved
construction and design drawing soft copy.
Prepare as built survey data report to be submitted to client
representative during pre-pouring survey inspection request for
acceptance.
Distribute the horizontal and vertical control points around the
jobsite which are linked to municipality control points using
the close traverse method with highest degree of accuracy.
Expedite the layout of different structures from structural to fit
out including MEP's and external underground utilities, such as
manholes, potable water, storm and sewer pipelines.
Conduct layout of fit out such as column vaults curvature
templates for ceiling and terrazzo divider strips for finish
flooring guide.
Periodic checking of auto level and Total Station instruments
and monitor the calibration certificates for update to maintain
quality and accuracy of the job.
Checking the elevations, the setting-out by the contractor to
ensure accuracy.
Perform the initial baseline and control surveys including
establishment of benchmarks and recovery of any existing
survey control monuments to be removed at the start of the
project.
Attend the contractor request for surveys, including the
checking of the contractors setting out of center lines,
structures, slope stakes, etc.
Check the field measurenent survey including original and final
cross section, check critical elevations, dimensions, and
locations of structural elements, earthworks grading,
pavements and appurtenances.
Check the contractors detailed survey in advance of
construction operations, investigate and clarify survey
discrepancies. Participate in the format standard procedures
for calculation and documentation of quantities.
Involved in the calibration checking of the survey instruments,
as built review and finalization with Senior Land Surveyor and
in coordination with Resident Engineers, Site engineers, Land
Surveyors and QC inspectors.
