JOB DISCRIPTION : Manage the Project as a client role leading all phases of Project Management including: proposal development; budget and program management; client interaction and overall delivery of a project to required scope, quality (QA/QC) standards, house and safety (H&HS) standard and Project management reporting (Project Progress % and cost status).
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A OFFICE DOCUMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY
Identify the Type of Project,
Create Project Organizational Chart Plans are the bases for Company Team Player Management and Client analysis,
Create Project Schedule setting up with the Planning Engineer for the WBS format and durations of the Project,
Proper Project Documents if it is completed like B.O.Q’S, Specification, Transmittal files, RFI’s, Building permit (NTP), Shop Drawing’s, to assure intact files both soft copy and hard copy,
During the Post award requesting what are those requirement and duration for submission of QA/QC Plan, Safety, Project Construction Schedule and Baseline Schedule, Representative and contact of the Respective department concern,

SCOPE OF WORKS : Overall Responsibility (Medium Rise Building)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: but not limited to:
Planning / Preparation
Coordinate the director on proposal and information about the project assignment .
Participate in presentation to the client.
Participates in preparation of the contractual agreement with the client. Ensures that the project brief with the client if clearly defined the contract.
Project Initiation Phase
Provide single point accountability for Petrochemical Plant Project from entry order through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and post sale support.
Manage and provide leadership from project team consisting of Site Engineer, Installation Crews, Sub-Contractors and Consultant.
Provide management for accountability for project revenue, margin and schedule for multiple petrochemical plant project.
Effective execute the role lead for representative of the company in all interaction of the costumer from project award through project completion.
Responsible for identification and compliance for contract requirements and development of change order.
Prepare budget and tract project actual vs plan and corrective action to meet objective.
Oversee technical design and component for the building requirements
Manage for preparation of bill of material and scope of Work, manage procurement, production, subcontracting and delivery of materials and services.
Oversee for preparation for mobilization and installation plan: Provide oversight of installation activities.
Oversee project cost reporting, invoicing and accounting.
Oversee development of quality control, testing and system of commissioning plan.
Oversee the completion of utility interconnection of agreement, rebate application and inspection.
Oversee management of remote performance monitoring and reporting system technology.
Oversee preparation of drawings, manual, report and other documentation.
Provide and/or costumer training.
Oversee maintenance planning and after installation support.

BASIC FUNCTION : Overall responsibility concerning over the material Quantity Quality Execution, Limitation of American Std. ASTM and
British Standard.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
Precession Estimate.
Supervises and monitor civil construction and or to ensure that the work are executed in accordance with the approved construction plan andspecifications.
Prepares PERT/CPM, Bar Chart, Project monitoring chart.
Monitors progress of project construction and prepares bi-monthly reportand billings.
Prepares material request and schedule of deliveries for project.
Coordinate with project managers whenever there is any problem/discrepancy in the plans and actual site condition.
Prepare shop drawings for the approval of the architect if there is anydeviation from the approved plan.
Prepare as-built plan for submission after project completion.
Prepare minutes of the meeting and the agenda for the following schedule, and make follow-up of the commitments and decision during the meeting.
Conducts/presides technical meeting among general contractors andsubcontractors.
Oversees the preparation of the payroll.
Check equipment in coordination with the warehouseman.
Maintain logbook at jobsite and update the daily const’n activity.
Safety precaution and material control.
Be punctual
Responsible for the proper execution of the project construction inaccordance with approval plan and specification.

BASIC FUNCTION : Responsible for the completion of Project ontime, Coordinate with Supplier and handling the overall operation in the site, and evaluation.
Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the civil worksaspects of the project. Ability to optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works. Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices, and developing improvements where necessary.
Ability to read, interpret and follow method statements and procedures. Competent in reading and understanding specifications, drawings, and all other discipline related project and engineering documentation. Keeps records of all work completed and completion of “Action Lists”.
Commands respect of his workforce, and develops excellent working relationships with all other department personnel as well as client management.
Liaises with other discipline supervisors to ensure the optimum utilization of available work with the overall objective of successful completion of the project.
Leads and supervises workers engaged in the construction of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation work load.
Plan and study the drawing, Contracts Specification, Methods of statement for the following activities
Ensures that work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials. Prevents wastage and misuse of equipment, materials and tools. Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials, exercises discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work
