Built and scaled engineering teams across 5 locations in EMEA, recruiting mainly for backend and mobile engineers (from Junior to Principal level). Led the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Identified and implemented process improvements, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment operations in EMEA. Led a DEI-driven project to improve candidate assessment transparency and accessibility. Ran an interviewer feedback program to educate new hiring managers, improving their feedback on candidate scorecards and leading to more informed decisions at the offer stage. Recruited for various business roles, including business strategy, operations, sales, and marketing, during periods of lower engineering recruitment activity, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

I was the Lead Recruiter for Europe, managing all recruitment activities for our HQ in Berlin. Successfully filled 24 roles within a year (6 in the US and 18 in Germany), with US recruitment occurring during periods of lower recruitment volume in Germany. Roles filled included middle and senior-level positions in Software Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations. Partnered with engineering leaders to develop tailored recruiting solutions and enhancements. Created resources to share best practices and streamline recruiting processes.
