•Receiving of products from the factory and check against delivery documents.
•Making Goods Receive Note for all Products Issue Docket thru Sales And Route Accounting System (SARAS) application.
•Conduct Route Reconciliation for van inventories, wastage products and empty container according to the company policies and procedures.
•Conduct load adjustment through SARAS application if there are any.
•Preparing and data entry of daily reports using excel sheet.
•Updating the daily SQA reports.
•Ensuring safety, cleanliness and maintenance of workplace.
•Keeping and maintaining the records and files of the district (soft and hard copies)
•Process all personnel request for the approval and signature of General Manager, and scan or email all directives to concern divisions and personnel.
•Preparing and encoding of all internal and external communications, reports and correspondence.
•Create all forms used by the division (request, report, work and some financial plan etc.)
•Monitoring, inspection and documentation of every incoming material that are going to be use in production line.
•Responsible for the availability of materials when needed on production line to avoid any delay, and assures that the issued amount are correct according to project request only.
