Managing company's financing arm and directly reporting to Director Financial Services. This role is based remotely and involve frequent traveling to Head Office in U.S.

I joined the MTBC as Financial Analyst, later promoted to Assistant Manager and currently work as Senior Manager in their Financial Planning & Business Analysis department. My day to day activities were primarily consisted of managing several financial planning and business analysis projects, implementation and monitoring of KPI frameworks. I was also a part of the mergers & acquisition team and worked at several locations within the USA. Main goal at those sites is to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies into main business stream. Some of my major accomplishments and responsibilities were:

● Managed $8millions* annual revenue generated by approximately 250 clients of three subdivisions based in Macon, GA, Portland, ME and Torrance, CA.
● 100% Operational & 90% software transition* completed within first 9 month resulted in significant cost reduction related to maintenance of their legacy software.
● Overall cost reduced by 65%, revenue loss less than 10% and client retention at 95% during transition*.
● Played an active role in company's successful IPO. Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining several financials & operational KPIs most notably Clients Days in Accounts Receivable (DAR), Clients' Retention rate w.r.t specialties, location, revenue, products, etc., and performances dashboards for acquisitions.
● Managed a multi-dimensional team and laid the foundation of successful ICD-10 implementation plan by identifying the areas which required improvements or need to be developed to handle the challenges posed by biggest change in American Healthcare industry. One of my initiatives at that time is to develop a standalone ICD9 to ICD10 app became a huge success later and rated as one of the top app by users.
● Played a key role in identifying the problematic areas of data migration during acquisitions and introduced new guidelines to respective teams which helped in reducing overall error rate to 2% from 15%-20%.

This role was through Change Recruitment Group. I worked in Stock Lending, in the settlements team. This was a high-pressure role and I was constantly working to daily deadlines, often processing trades with a $value in excess of 100mm USD. During dividend season, I was responsible for markets, which saw external business of ~1.5 BN USD being processed daily. In performing this role, I liaise with several internal client groups including IPB (International Prime Brokerage), cash equities and the Stock Loan BU (Business Units) . I also used to deal with external agent banks throughout the day.
My responsibilities included but not limited to the below.
• The timely settlement of Security Loan trades in the European, Emerging and South Africa markets.
• Handling matters related to investment, financial reporting and fund management.
• Understanding market nuances and their respective record date rules.
• Escalating to management any issues pertaining to the timely settlement of risky trades
• Risk management in terms of aged fails and internal clean ups

This role was through Manpower UK, a recruitment agency. I worked with Business support team within the Group Manufacturing & Operations Division. My duties included: • Analysis of customer's claims for financial hardship including verification of Income and Expenditure figures and interpretation of customer's financial position.
• Liaising with a range of parties (customers, external and internal departments) to gather information and resolve issues.
• Involve in various projects regarding changes in procedure, policy and guidelines for financial hardship criteria.
• Working closely with team members to ensure that all output and quality measures are achieved.
