Managing and implementing WASH and Shelter projects in Arbat Refugees Camp, Direct Supervisor: Hazhar Yousif, Management of technical staffs composed of Workers Technicians, Foreman’s, storekeeper, senior foreman, garbage drivers which they repair and rehabilitate, infrastructures and collecting garbage inside the camp, and, supervision of project officer assistant, and hygiene promotion officer, Main objectives of the Position was assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, required for all civil works prior to execution, Supervising the contracted projects with regard to the work quality, technical specifications and project time frame, Preparation of daily schedule and work plan prioritizing the works as per available human resources and separating working groups according to requested works and scope of works to give the higher impact and making swift action to solving any issues, Working on daily minor and major rehabilitation inside the camp, including repairing roads, fences, repairing roofs, electrical issues, Supervising, managing, and controlling two warehouse consists of all types of construction material preparation and documentation of material in the modern way Coordination with all relevant parts, Directly planing designing supervising major projects on daily basis, controlling quality and quantity of the work as per the standard and specification, including assessment for the project analyzing designing, preparation of B.O.Q, tendering process, supervising project, first and final acceptance, during working period we completed 6 major projects successfully with given appreciation letter by my organization side, Preparation of daily and monthly reports .
Supervising Monitoring Managing and implementing WASH project (Constructing and extending Sewage network system in Sulaymaniyah (BARDA QARAMAN District), Direct Supervisor: Hazhar Yousif,
Starting with a land topographic survey for the proposed project, designing the project which includes selecting sewage network alignment, allocating manholes location, determining the suitable depth and slopes, preparing cross-section of the trench design, and profile of the alignment finalizing all necessaries drawing and survey data for implementing the project, Gussies measurement and cost estimation for the project, to be used for preparing B.O.Q as per standard and specification, Implementation process was consist of excavation of trenches, laying filter material (boulders), base concrete, fixing concrete pipe line (75cm Dia) and (60 cm Dia.) covering concrete pipe with concrete, filling the trench to the desire level by layer and compacting each layer to 95 degree of compaction, concreting the catting part of the asphalt with concrete properly. Constructing a septic tank in the end of the pipe line system to consume and collect the sewage network waste and protecting environment from pollution, Monitoring and evaluation and finally going through to the first acceptance and final acceptance of the project with UNHCR which are funding the project and hand over the land to the municipality of Barda QARAMAN.

Working on the project construction of water treatment plant and distribution System in HALABJA City Responsible of the quality of all construction material that incoming inside the project And conducting all necessaries construction tests for the project.Direct Supervisor jo, Site Manager.
Main objective of the Position.
Controlling quality of all material that receiving to the work site to be as per standard and specification.
Conducting all necessaries construction tests inside the project which was concrete tests such as cubic sampling on site, field temperature of concrete, slump test, permeability of concrete, compaction and core test for the concrete, all soil tests such as MDD, Water content, field density test, by sand-cone and non-nuclear field density test, sieve analysis tests, etc…, epoxy tests, gradient of material and aggregates, all tests of bituminous for asphalt paving such as test for the liquid bituminous, filler material, daily sampling graduation, compaction test and thickness of the asphalt layer,
Controlling field quality of the field work by site visiting on daily basis for checking.
Ordering concrete, monitoring and supervising concrete batching plant as per standard and specification.
Managing and implementing WASH and Shelter projects in Bazian-District for the tenant refugees that living their (Rehabilitating 50 houses for the most vulnerable refugees in bazian district, Direct Supervisor: Hazhar Yousif.
the work was providing all necessaries construction aids for the refugees that living there to produce a save and healthy environment for them, Assessment for selecting most vulnerable houses for choosing in the list to be one of the rehabilitated houses, Directly planing designing preparation of B.O.Q, tendering process, selecting constructor supervising projects on daily basis with regard to the work quality, technical specifications and project time frame, Preparation of daily schedule for the proposed works, Preparation of daily and monthly reports, first and final acceptance, Preparation of final measurement and final payment, Installing pipe line, constructing/rehabilitating old sewage network, providing water tank, water boiler, repairing/installing roofs and shades, cement plastering, gypsum plastering, installing/repairing electrical units, repairing door and windows and any brooking parts inside the house, Coordination with all relevant parts to the project to prevent miss-coordination, Preparation of final measurement and final payment.
the project was Surveying and design of 20 km road from Sangaw to Jafaran
Providing all equipment and material for conducting the survey, Locating all necessaries B.M s along the road.
Survey the roads comprehensively designing the profile and cross section drawing for the road, Preparation all drawings and design and all necessaries data s and submitting to the relevant part as a project package,
Constructing Bzhar Tile Factory in Barda Qaraman District)
Work summary: the work was allocating B.M s for the project survey the land and separating their land according to survey, Determining cutting and filling of the land staring with cutting and filling the land to desired level, constructing two big warehouses fixing all machinery and equipment, constructing fences water drainage system, etc…..,
Constructing the new lane and rehabilitating second lane of the road from Dukan to Chwarqwrna.
the project was consists of constructing new road with constructing all construction units which include (cutting rock/soil, rock and soil fill, sub-grade preparation, preparation of sub-base, laying asphalt bituminous, laying filter material in the high level of water zones, extending drainage pipes beside the road for protecting road, preparing side slopes, side channels, constructing all type of culverts such as pipe culvert, pipe arch culvert, arch culvert, box culvert, precast culvert, bridge culvert, including constructing concrete structures such as concrete piles bridge column and walls, bridge girder construction and expansion joints, etc, Supervising, managing, and controlling staffs inside the work field to controlling miss-understanding during works, time management to prevent any interrupts to the proposed schedule time frame, Coordination with all relevant parts to the project to prevent miss-coordination, Quality controlling for the inside works, Preparation and coordination with consultancies and laboratory for conducting all require tests, Preparation of daily and monthly reports Preparation of final measurement and final payment
Constructing the main Road of Yakmala Vilage in Arbat-District.
the project was consists of constructing new road with constructing all construction units which include (cutting rock and soil, rock and soil fill, sub-grade, preparation of sub-base, laying asphalt bituminous, channel sidetrack, constructing all type of culverts such as pipe culvert, box culvert, Supervising, managing, and controlling staffs inside the work field to controlling miss-understanding, Coordination with all relevant parts, Quality controlling, coordination with laboratory for conducting all require tests that should be done, and
final measurement and final payment,
German Village 1 and 3 Constructing Residential Building (Villas and multistory building).
the project was consists of Constructing three types of villas and Multistory building mainly, the work scope was concrete work for the apartment piles mat foundation concrete walls columns, beams, slabs, block walls, shade area, constructing retaining walls, concrete water tanks, cutting and filling, preparation of site roads, finishing works such as cement plastering, gypsum plastering, tiles, etc…
Preparation extending of 40 No. of (132kv Electric Tower) for transporting electric from (taq taq gasoil electric station) to (taslwja electric central station).
the work consist of excavation of tower legs foundation casting foundation concrete constructing and checking the leg columns properly finally fixing towers on the constructed tower legs and connecting all parts of the tower.
