•To lead the operation team in implementation and monitoring of programs/ projects of the organization.
•To provide programmatic and technical inputs to develop program/project strategies, policies and implementation
•To ensure delivery of strategic and annual work plan to achieve program/project goal and objectives based on the approved program proposals
•To develop concept paper and project proposals as required in a timely manner.
•To maintain communication with partners, funding organizations and sponsors for the interest of the organization
•To explore opportunities of partnership for the organization.
•To take initiatives for capacity building of the project staff.
•Provide technical, strategic and administrative support to the project staffs to implement programs at the project level

•Coordinate & facilitate trainings and workshops organized for the organization and partners
•Business Development - implementation of assignments for partner NGOs/INGOs
•Donor & sponsorship communication and management
•Identify new project prospect, write project proposals and contribute in developing project concepts for the organization and external clients/NGOs & INGOs
•Focus on results for the partner NGOs and respond positively to feedback

•Partners facilitation in project implementation -17 projects worth Tk. 25 crores (approximately)
•Facilitate partners in planning, budgeting implementing, monitoring deliberately as per guidelines
•Ensure organizational growth by identifying, assessing new partners and contribute to the process leading to the signing of the Partnership
•Analyze reports both financial and programmatic received from partners and guide the partners for necessary implementation initiatives based on the mutually agreed upon standards
•Organize and facilitate meeting, training and workshops for the enhancement of capacity of the staff of the partner organizations
•Maintenance liaison with the donors & sponsors, partners and other stakeholders
•Development of programmes and implementation plan and budget
•Development of concept notes and project proposal for fund raising
•Execution and supervision of programs
•Prepare and submit periodical financial and progress reports
•Organize and facilitate training for the capacity enhancement of the project staffs
•Liaison with govt. donors, local administration and other related stakeholders
•Contribution to the conception and the implementation of a knowledge management process for the organization
As a requirement of the course, I had to develop a project paper title "Impacts of Child Development through Sponsorship Program (CDSP) on the holistic development of the children: A Study of Birisiri CDSP: BD- 402". It received high appreciation from scholars particularly university teacher and researchers.
