Follow-up for Purchase Order with Purchase Department.
Follow-up with Suppliers for getting the materials.
Dealing with Receipts and Issue Section of Stores.
Responsible of Local Purchase of some specific items.
Preparation of MRN’s and sent to Head Office
Making of Returnable and Non-Returnable Gate passes.
MIS reports (Daily Material Receipt Report, Pending SRV Reports, Steels, Concrete, Diesel, Pending Gate Pass Reports, Dead Stocks, Slow & Non Moving Items, Indentification of Scraps and Damaged Items with concern Dept etc.)
Monthly Physical verification and reconciliation.
Clearance of Papers from End Users and sending to accounts for bill passing.
Reconciliation of High Value Items with Internal Auditor’s.
Stacking of the material as per MSDS
Co-ordination with site requirement for Hired/Owned Plant and Machinery and project materials
Inventory Control in Co-ordination with Purchase Department.
Presently working in ERP.
