1. Supervise warehouse operations of 4 units; Hay, Inputs, Diesel and Spare Parts to ensure Farm stability.
2. Supervise Farm Warehouse to ensure proper storage and dispatch of equipment and materials
3. Supervise the implementation of the assigned system (i.e. SAP) for inventory tracking purposes
4. Develop the training plans of his subordinates and ensure the implementation in coordination with HR & Administration Department. Ensure all type of capacity development to his subordinates including on job training activities.
5. Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods from suppliers so as to facilitate stores management.
6. Receive the harvested crop from Crop/QA departments after grading and update daily stock report.
7. Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the buildings, storage pads, fuel tanks and stock to satisfying all safety requirements.
8. Liaise with Supply Chain and Finance departments to ensure smooth receipt of goods and flow of documentation.
9. To properly receiving all inputs including quantity and quality checks, issue GRN, stock entry and safe storage to support operational activities.
10. Plan the arrangement of goods within the warehouse, good housekeeping and organize special requirements for certain stock, such as high value stock or fragile products to give to maintain warehouses in good condition.
11. Oversea Goods issuance to various departments and monitoring stocks expiry dates to ensure the efficiency of storing activities.
12. To properly controlling Inventory and reporting (daily, weekly and monthly) as per management reporting schedule.
13. To lead stocktaking process as per company policy and report discrepancies.
14. Supervise and train Warehouse staff.
15. Follow and implement the required safety polices and rules.
16. Lead the process of Performance Management (Setting of annual KPIs, MYR & EYR) in coordination with Farm Manger and ensure the fair appraisal to all staff within his span of control.
17. Display the required cooperation with other departments within GLB Invest, with regard to systems
& organizational development activities or other company projects.
1- Supervising the three warehouses (Raw materials, packaging materials, finish goods) to ensure the regular progress of work.
2- Supervising the daily, monthly and annual performance of employees and writing the annual evaluation (k.p.i).
3- Follow up on the periodic maintenance of the machinery and vehicles of the warehouse department.
4- Time management of employees for workers to ensure the highest productivity during the day.
5- Constant follow-up of invoices issued by the sales department and adherence to a schedule for customers.
6- Communicate with different departments and solve any problem that hinders work.
1-Receive the raw materials imported to the factory, and match the records with the delivery materials.
2-Store the received materials according to good manufacturing practices (G.M.P).
