Safety nets, barricades, safety signage’s, ) request all Personal Protective Equipments (ex. Hard hats, safety belts/harness, safety shoes). Secure the project site and closely monitor all security personnel.
•Serves as an Accounting to the project site. All petty cash and revolving funds are closely monitored by the Administrative Assistant. All replenishment will be done with supporting documents.
•Payroll. Collect and check all time sheets (Activity Based Control) duly approved by the Project in Charge for encoding in the system for payroll processing. Closely monitor with the payroll department for changes in the plotting for final generation of the payroll of the project site.
