• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries
• Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as: funds transfers, inquiries on service charges, inquiries about ATM and debit card usage and limits, inquiries about checking and savings accounts transactions, inquiries about funds availability
• Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary
• Provide clients with the information once verification has been established
• Assist clients through online and mobile banking problems
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
• Complete call logs and reports
