As the content team leader i was responsible for managing content teams across the middle east. I was responsible also for constant measuring and optimization of digital content through the use of CMS
As the Monitoring supervisor I was responsible for the following:
1. Balance work load between team members
2. Delegate tasks to team members
3. Construct and develop quality assurance role
4. Weekly work schedule for team members
5. Training "pre joining and post promotion"
While I was managing the monitoring team i had the opportunity to create a totally separate analysis department to cater for the up growing demand on specifically made social media reports; since it was my idea i was responsible for the following:
1. Recruiting new analysts
2. Writing Job description for social media analyst
3. Develop measurements and techniques on how to measure social media performancec
4. Training for new analysts
5. Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance tracking reports
6. Construct social media listening role
The advertising department at The Online Project consisted of two advertising executives, each handling a group of the agency's clients. While working in the advertising department I had the opportunity to work with the region's biggest accounts such as Nestle, Mercedes Benz and Zain, and I was responsible for the following:
1. Set meetings with clients to get their expectations regarding advertising on social media channels
2. Set goals and create advertising strategy for our clients
3. Execute advertising campaigns upon clients request
4. Constant campaign optimization to get better results
5. Generate campaign performance reports
6. Generate advertising expenditure reports
7. Generate benchmarking reports
As a part of the fulfillment team, I was responsible for the following:
1. Become the voice of my client on social media space, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate,
2. Engaging in conversations with the clients target audience to channel the brand identity and voice outside the clients community
3. Monitor trends on social media and evaluate opportunity for our clients
4. Create social media content calendars and send it for clients approval
5. Keep track for all advertising campaigns and for competitions through the use of all tools available
6. Monitor competitors performance to come up with best ideas and practices for our clients
