Leading the company to achieve high results in all company business
activities. I started with strategic plan for SIDANA to clear the right
strategic directions, which pointed many business aspects in the
company like team structure, stretching the manufacturing capabilities,
sales results across all sales channels, financial position. I have 4
manager’s direct report to me. I am report directly to the board members.
 Achievements:
o Making the 5 years Strategic Plane for the company.
o Managed to increase the revenue in 2021 Vs 2020 by 310%
from factory products.
o Improve the gross profit percentage by optimize the material
purchasing cost especially in the Blackhorse product which
reached up to 23% cost reduction.
o Start developing four new NPD’s which will have a direct
impact to the company revenue and profits

Responsible for the overall success of the CMPI, meeting or exceeding
planned objectives for revenue projections and reports (annual turnover
approx. SR 28 million) and profit, and ensuring customers satisfaction and
product quality standards are met. Manages all areas of the CMPI in
accordance with Brand standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of
superior customer’s service and product quality. Provides exemplary
performance for staff to follow. I am responsible to manage property
operations on a day-to-day basis of a single property to assure optimum
performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas
(customer’s service, employees, sales/marketing, property appearance, and
profit/financial control). I am report directly to the board members

are handling and manage the all manufacturing activities under Al Rubaiyat group. Mainly related to Basateen Food Saudi Arabia (BFSA), BFSA has a food factory where its producing edible oil, mayonnaise and fat. Leading the manufacturing terms of strategies, monthly KPI’s (safety, quality, productivity, engineering, purchasing logistic and warehouse), team development and cost saving. I have 1 manager’s direct report to me and 165 managers, operators and technicians indirect reports.
Achievements:
Managed to improve the overall productivity of one major production line by 66% in the first year.
Establishing in house making of stretch blow molding for PET bottles and the injection molding for caps and handles.
Build a manufacturing floor team.
Successfully implement many expansion project like storage tank, new complete high speed filling line

Achievements:
Managed to improve the overall productivity of one major production line by 10.5% in the first six months.
Increasing the utilization of one production line which increased the output of that line by 57%.

Major responsibility is handling and manage the PET section in terms of productivity, maintenance, new projects, production rejection control, stock management, managing ١٦ staff worker plus ٦٠ casuals avg day and managing the section budget

role is to support all factory sections in mechanical systems. The most critical activities are fabricating new piping systems, maintain the existing refinery piping network, fabricating new mechanical parts, loading / unloading of new machines, managing 7 staff worker plus 10 casuals avg./ shutdowns periods and managing the section budget .
Achievements:
Execute a big piping modification to increase the refinery output and close the job in the agreed time.
Get the exceptional performance award for 2005.
Execute a heat energy saving thru applying pip isolation project and it’s saved around 30% from the heat loss.
