- Manage the general accounting department functions.
- Maintaining information & review financial transactions by creating & monitoring electronic files & accounting documents.
- Timely preparation of the monthly forecast reports, cash flow forecast, projects statements, percentage of project completion, and calculating cost accrual amounts.
- Timely preparation of the monthly & yearly financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statement, cash flow statement...).
- Communicates related project financial information & Identifies & communicates material variances.
- Direct the budgetary controls and monitor expenditure activity for the company through approved procedures.
- Supervising and coordinating work of designated employees; making decisions related to hiring & promotions.
- Establish and maintain open communication lines with project and site managers, develop an understanding of project issues.
- Work with construction, development and accounting departments in various functions such as project costing, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide leadership to staff by organizing, directing and coordinating workflow.
