• Groups Booking
• STPC Requests
• All Ticketing & Reservation Duties
• Facilitate passengers, travel agents with their requirements making sure that customer care is maintain at a high level.
• Providing professional service-oriented reservations/ticketing services to all customers and travel businesses, either through telephone calls or in-person meetings while achieving optimal customer satisfaction and targeting the annual budget
• Handling Passengers calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assisting Passengers with all different queries.
• Following all telephone handling standards, policies and procedures.
• Doing the daily reservation and ticketing procedures for the passengers
