As a senior accountant I am managing Lebanon and KSA branch; where I am working closely with the auditor to finalize the end of year tax declaration. Preparing the monthly budget for the camp and workshop along the cash flow along the balance sheet and P & L for the 5 companies. In addition to that, I am supervising Plemicor accounting officer.
Additionally, I am:
• Payroll for more than 100 employees
• Bank, Vendor and Client reconciliation.
• Working closely with the foreman.
• Familiar with ISO and OSHAS forms and regulations.
• Filling the required documents for MoF (R3, R3-1, R10, R6, R7).

At OPC I managing and organizing 3 Gas Stations and responsible for booking the daily sales and transactions that range from ordering fuel, oil.
Moreover, I was:
• Preparing the cash flow report.
• Bank, Vendor and Client reconciliation.
• Supervising Gas Stations employees.
• Auditing the trading invoicing officer.
• Filling the required documents for MoF (R3, R3-1, R10, R6, R7).
• Following up with vendors and issuing cheque.
• Managing and supervising monthly inventory.
It is a holding for 14 affiliated companies, where I was handling:
• Liable for the Lebanese, Iraqi and Nigerian rules & regulation with respects to salaries processing and taxes computation.
• Salary domiciliation - 100 employees in Lebanon and 50 abroad.
• Involved in the yearly auditing conducting by E&Y.
• Calculating Social Security due subscription, Taxes on salary and EOS provision;
• Working closely with NSSF representatives and MoF inspectors.
• Conceive family allowances sheet and deliver NSSF Certificate.
At DDP I was organizing and handling 3 Gas Stations. I was responsible to order fuel, oil, follow up with vendors and managing the kiosques.
In addition to that:
• Daily booking and purchasing products for Gas stations, oil, kiosque.
• Payroll, calculating Social security fees.
• Issue invoices and cheques, VAT.
• Supervising Gas Stations employees.
• Managing the Jobber’s (Fuel) full cycle.
• Filling the required documents for MoF (R3, R3-1, R10, R6, R7).
Joined IMS as an accountant where I performed several rolls that range from planning, organizing and controlling 5 parking lots and a gold course at USA, Ohio.
In addition to that, I was handling
• Daily booking transaction, such as purchases, sales, invoicing.
• Bank Reconciliation in Lebanon and USA.
• Issuing cheque and Controlling money deposit
• Calculating and preparing Lebanese and American payroll.
• Follow up with Lebanese vendor
IMS it's an offshore company that own several property in USA i was handling the daily transactions that happen in US and in Lebanon
