Responsibilities include the following:
•Managing teacher assistance
•Observing and monitoring the children’s development
•Writing Reports
•Communicating with parents regarding the child’s development
•Excellent understanding of EYFS and preparing weekly lesson planning
•Organising and hosting events
•Excellent understanding of technology; updating the children’s information on the parent app
to build rapport through empathy towards the customers
•Having knowledge about the brand representation and representing this in all aspects
•Having experience in complaint handling and the ability in handling customers concerns and questions whilst representing the brand
•Ability to assimilate, relay and provide information whilst paying close attention to detail
•General administration support, providing information and responding to emails and telephone calls.
•Ability to work well as a team
