To check and process Cash & Credit refunds for partly or fully unutilised Airline passenger/excess baggage products upon presentation in accordance with established Airline/IATA procedures.
Convincing agents regarding the refund value of documents submitted for refund. o Ensure Cash refunds documents are processed refund in respective Airline systems on daily basis and tallied with reports.
Daily and timely closing of refunds statements to ensure that the correct amounts have been refunded and cash tallies at the end of the day with data into system.
Preparations of Credit notes with correct amount and account nominal.
Ensure Refunds charges applied as per procedure on each documents refunded.
Ensure Refunds related filing are in order and available at any given point of time.
Dispute with Airline for raising wrong Debits (ADMs & follow up of Credit notes (ACMs).
Handling queries related to excess baggage refunds from Airport.
Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets
Managing budgets and maintaining statistical/financial records
Liaising with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage bookings and schedules, often one year in advance;
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations
Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Maintain relationships with key persons
Reach the revenue and profit targets
Handling DOCUMENTATION SECTION (Attestation, Passport, Emigration, Insuarnce, Visa)
Researching travel options & presenting the best deals in terms of requirements. Ensure all bookings & reservations are processed accurately.
Responding to all phone enquiries promptly, courteously and in a friendly manner
Building strong relationships with clients
Monitoring bookings throughout the working day.
