Im working in Arabian Bemco Contracting Co. IT & Security department since Feb 2015. in different Fields as an IT technical support, IT Procurement and IT Administrator officer .
- Administration and maintenance of Windows 2012/2012 R2/2008 servers.
- Managing Active Directory Administration.
- Install, configure and maintain File and Print servers.
- Backup and Restore using Symantec Backup Exec 2014.
- Creating, managing and modification of users and groups (Groups Policy).
- Coordinating with users for software requirements, testing & implementation.
- Upgrade and configure new computers, Software, cables, Boards, Cards, Memory and Storage Devices.
- Coordinate with software team in delivering the software solutions.
- Interface with vendors to resolve server/blade/Storage related issues
- Device and update IT policies for the company as well as for the clients.
- Provide hands-on inputs to the team for rapid
troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Co-ordinate between team members for better performance.
- Manage tasks issued to the team members.
- Relay information about solved issues.
- Manage team synergy.
- Work with the Procurement and Asset Management functions to ensure strong processes are in place to support effective asset management and stock control processes. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLA).
- Produce technical, business and economic feasibility studies for project ideas and work with management and other departments to implement IT plan.
- Install and configure local and network printers.
- Troubleshoot client systems.
- Troubleshooting for laptops (Toshiba, Dell, HP, etc...).
- Cleaning viruses, spyware and update client PC with latest Microsoft updates.
- Configuring Microsoft outlook with our Exchange server.
- Making Evaluation of client (Users) PC.
