Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager
All administrative support to the HR Manager. Preparation of Letters, Offer Letters, Memos etc. Daily attendance monitoring and updation, Managing overall recruitment process for both permanent employees and contractors. UAE Visa, Health Insurance, Employment Contract arrangement for all employees. Management of Employee job descriptions. Necessary updations and Implementation of HR Policies and procedures. Necessary training arrangement for all employees as and when required, Staff leave management, annual ticket and accommodation arrangements for all staff as and when necessary. Conducting HR Induction for new employees. Maintain Performance appraisals and salary revisions for all staff. Preparing and presenting necessary HR Reports to the management.
Overall management of HR Department.
Overall management of Recruitment Process(Conducting interviews, offering for successfull candidates, preperation of employment contracts, visa arrangements, supporting facilities arrangements, etc).
Management of all HR functions including preperation and management of Employee Job Descriptions, Employee Assessments(New Joiners, Mid Year and annual Staff reviews) and salary revisons, Staff leave managent etc.
